Man admits to police he cut his girlfriend’s brake line to make a crack pipe
A Pennsylvania man admitted to police that he cut his girlfriend’s brake line to his car so he could make a crack pipe. Tammy Fox, 38, later died in a bad car crash after being unable to stop at an intersection. State Troopers say Fox’s boyfriend John Jenkins admitted to cutting his brake line the night before the crash. Jenkins is now charged with criminal homicide.
