Hoxeyville Music Festival 2021 announces lineup and ticket information
WELLSTON, MI – At least one Michigan music festival is set for a comeback.
The Hoxeyville Music Festival today announced its artist lineup, along with general public ticket information.
The organizers of the Americana and roots music festival have said that Grammy Award-winning artist Billy Strings will host the 19th Hoxeyville Music Festival, scheduled for August 13-15 in Wellston. He plays two nights.
“With the changing atmosphere of events in the Covid-19 pandemic zone, Hoxeyville is a testament to peace and celebration in the north of the country, nestled in the heart of the Manistee National Forest in the northwest of the country. Michigan, ”organizers said in a statement.
The artists announced include new acts at the Wellston-based event, as well as longtime favorites including:

Strings, originally from Ionia and now a resident of Nashville, has been receiving accolades for several years now. He won a Grammy this year for his album, “Home,” as Best Bluegrass Album at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards on March 14, 2021. The site offers spacious 25 foot by 25 foot wooded campsites and an intimate atmosphere.
“The festival’s 85-acre campgrounds are expansive and provide enough space for everyone to camp and live within walking distance of the concert grounds,” Weissman said.
In addition to music, Hoxeyville offers camping and a playground for families, children’s tent programs, food and more.

“While we cannot force participants to get vaccinated, we will protect our youngest campers for whom vaccines are not yet available by requiring ALL ADULTS to wear properly worn and socially distanced masks in shared public spaces. – this includes stage areas, vending machines, children’s tent and walking. paths. “
